The car wire beam is divided from function, and there are two types of power lines that carry the power of the actuator(actuator) and signal lines that transmit sensor input instructions. The power line is a thick wire that transports large currents, while the signal line is a thin wire(optical fiber communication) that does not carry electricity.
The cross-sectional area of wires used in motors and actuators is 0.85, 1.25 MM2, and the cross-sectional area of wires used in power circuits is 2, 3, and 5 MM2; Special circuits(starter, alternator, engine grounding, etc.) have different specifications of 8, 10, 15, and 20 MM2. In addition to considering electrical properties, the choice of wires is also limited by the physical properties of the vehicle.
